Zbynek “Zee” Krobot

Founder & Managing Partner

Zbynek “Zee” Krobot

With more than 25 years of consulting, technology, and transformation experience, Zee has built his career around solving complex client challenges and turning strategy into measurable results. He founded Krobotix in 2024 to bring deep enterprise expertise, innovation, and hands-on execution directly to clients.

Before founding Krobotix, Zee spent more than 20 years at IBM, including nearly eight years as a Partner, where he led consulting teams and business partners delivering transformational solutions for Federal clients. His work spanned analytics, performance improvement, operations, technology modernization, and large-scale service delivery. Earlier in his career, he held consulting roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG.

Known for building strong teams, lasting client relationships, and high-performing service organizations, Zee combines strategic, financial, operational, and analytics expertise to help organizations modernize, grow, and operate more effectively. His leadership philosophy is simple: client outcomes and satisfaction come first.

Patrick Mikhail

Sr. Solutions Architect

Patrick Mikhail

Focused, approachable, and driven by results, Patrick designs secure, scalable, and mission-aligned solutions that help clients modernize complex environments with clarity and confidence. His experience spans enterprise architecture, SaaS, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, Zero Trust, and Federal compliance requirements including FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST standards.

Prior to Krobotix, Patrick built his consulting and cybersecurity experience across organizations including Deloitte and KPMG, supporting transformation, risk, security, data, and technology initiatives for public- and private-sector clients. He also served as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO), supporting RMF, assessment and authorization, vulnerability management, security controls, and audit readiness.

Patrick also served nearly six years in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he worked with secure communications systems in operational environments around the world. That combination of enterprise consulting, hands-on cybersecurity, and mission experience gives him a practical perspective for translating business objectives into resilient architectures and executable technology strategies.

Mike Ryan

Mike Ryan helps federal organizations turn strategy into measurable mission outcomes. With more than 12 years of experience in enterprise transformation, he serves as a strategic advisor to agency leaders - modernizing operations, strengthening governance, and designing operating models that raise organizational performance and deliver lasting impact. His focus is always on the outcome: not change for its own sake, but change that moves the mission forward.

As Director of Strategy & Growth at Krobotix, Mike shapes the company's growth by deepening client partnerships, expanding enterprise capabilities, and developing innovative solutions to the government's most pressing challenges. Working at the intersection of business development and client delivery, he partners with leaders across government and industry to translate complex mission needs into practical strategies that accelerate modernization and create durable value.

Mike believes successful transformation rests on three things: trust, clarity, and disciplined execution. By aligning people, processes, technology, and mission priorities, he helps organizations navigate complexity with confidence, build resilient capabilities, and sustain success in an evolving federal landscape.

Resourceful, organized, and focused on execution, Joyce brings a practical and strategic approach to marketing, communications, and business development. She is skilled at translating ideas and organizational priorities into clear messaging, coordinated initiatives, and strong external communications.

With more than 15 years of professional experience, Joyce brings a broad background spanning marketing, communications, business operations, organizational leadership, and program coordination. Her experience working across diverse teams and responsibilities has shaped a disciplined, collaborative approach to strengthening brand presence and supporting organizational objectives.

As Director of Marketing at Krobotix, Joyce leads the company’s marketing, brand, and external communications efforts while supporting business development initiatives. She helps shape how Krobotix communicates its capabilities, coordinates content and outreach, and works across the organization to strengthen engagement with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Lian Chen

Sr. Program Manager and Cybersecurity SME

Lian Chen

Lian Chen brings more than 20 years of IT consulting experience spanning a broad range of disciplines, including information security, project management, database administration and architecture, data warehousing, and the full software development and deployment lifecycle. This breadth allows him to see how each layer of a system connects - and to design solutions that hold up in demanding, mission-critical environments.

Over the course of his career, Lian has contributed to high-profile federal and enterprise programs for the Department of War (DOW), the Department of Energy (DOE), Fannie Mae, the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), and the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP). His work has touched every phase of the system development lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through development, deployment, and long-term operations. Across these engagements, Lian has built a reputation for translating complex business needs into practical, secure, and durable technical solutions.

Clients value Lian for more than his technical depth. He consistently exceeds expectations through a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality deliverables, and the kind of core values that make him a trusted partner on any team. For the past six years, he has served as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and database team manager for the Department of War, where he safeguards sensitive systems while leading the teams that keep critical data accurate, available, and secure.

Whether the challenge is hardening a system against evolving threats, architecting a resilient database, or guiding a project from concept to delivery, Lian brings the experience, discipline, and dependability that clients rely on.

Travis Temoor

Travis Temoor

Practical, thoughtful, and results-driven, Travis brings a strong engineering background in automation, systems integration, AI-enabled workflows, and quality-focused software delivery. He helps teams turn complex technical, operational, security, and compliance challenges into reliable solutions - the kind that improve visibility, reduce manual effort, and support better decisions.

With more than 10 years of experience, Travis has designed and built automation frameworks, API integrations, data pipelines, reporting workflows, and cloud-connected applications across both public and private sector environments. His expertise spans software engineering, DevOps practices, test automation, compliance data architecture, data quality, and stakeholder collaboration - giving him a rare ability to connect hands-on implementation with the broader demands of mission, security, and business.

At Krobotix, Travis supports enterprise modernization, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) automation, compliance data architecture, and security integration efforts, always with an eye toward execution and measurable outcomes. He brings strong ownership and a commitment to maintainable, durable solutions that help clients improve performance, strengthen security and compliance visibility, sharpen reporting accuracy, and increase operational effectiveness.
